Adorable and they are so you :star::star::star::star::star:

Which ones did you ' present ' yourself with ?

I was thinking about some UGG boots for myself but they are so expensive like yours and I am running out of money.

Hahaaaaaa, I have no money, but God will provide. I used the visa card so I have a month for Him to think up a way.

I ordered the authentic tan ones. Product code MU2.

You should get you a pair, as well.

WG, it is moving now.....

Nope not yet

WAIT I lied it is working!

OK now I am serious, come and take this weather back, I don't like it anymore, the midwest and east coast can HAVE IT ALL. I came home from work to discover my pipes frozen, so I'm under my house with a hair dryer and flashlight trying to thaw out all the part of the pipes that the cats removed the insulation from, it's not working and I'm full of fiberglass. I decide to go to my office and get the space heater I use to warm my feet up at work. On my way home the oil light AND the check engine light come on. I know enough to know you stop IMMEDIATELY when that occurs, of course it was on a curve with hardly any shoulder. A guy stops and says I should be able to make it to the service station (over 2 miles!) I just laugh and tell him, no you don't move a vehicle when the oil light comes on. Checked the oil - NONE, also it's steamin - no antifreeze in the resevoir. Thankfully a sheriff's deputy pulls up (a friend of mine) and takes me to the grocery store where I buy 3 quarts of oil and a gallon of water (no antifreeze), the oil fills it so I wasn't completely out but I pour the entire gallon of water in and there is STILL nothing in the resevoir. The oil light goes off but the check engine light is still on. I drive the 2 miles to the service station - no antifreeze, go to the next grocery store and paid $20 for a gallon of Prestone, poured it in and guess what??? Just barely registers in the resevoir and the check engine light is STILL on. The heater has been on for nearly an hour and STILL no water - darn cats!!!!! So you see, I have had enough of this weather, PLEASE take it back.

Don't worry, the northeast is in the middle of a two day snow storm. But only two feet of snow. Bassi doesn't seem to want to learn how to use the snowthrower, so he's shoveling. Whatever! As long as I'm not doing it. About the pipes, open all the lower cabinets under your sinks to let the heat get it. It'll help speed up the process of thawing them out. Sorry about that. Always leave the pipes running a little trickle to avoid them freezing when the weather is going below zero, even if you have insulation.

I had left the water running overnight which usually here is the ONLY time it is below freezing so didn't even think I needed to keep it running during the day so that's when it froze. The kids were home and the pellet stove was going full blast. I have NEVER used so much wood pellets before! A 40 pound bag usually will last me 2 to 3 days, now it lasts about 7 hours. We are supposed to get above freezing by Monday so hopefully my pipes will hold and not break and all will be well Monday. Thankfully my parents live less than a mile from me so hauling water isn't too big of a task.

Today was my first outing since my surgery. Although I was walking as slow as molasses, I was so happy to finally get out of the house! I am so tired of being in the house. Won't be so bad if I was at least able to start driving again. Oh well .... my husband went out and purchase a few African movies for me. The sound quality is horrible, and I am trying not to complain. :crying: Oh well ....

Nagishkaw - I like those boots. If it were a bit cooler where I'm at, I would consider a pair.

LL - I am feeling you on the 60 degree weather.

Omoba - I LOVE shoes. I believe a pair of shoes can make or break an outfit. Those boots would be the perfect piece to your Kangol.

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!
