Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and the immigration process, and I am needing advice about what to do. My husband and I are living in KSA and we applied with an attorney in the USA for a K3. We have submitted out I130 but haven't recieved the NOA. Since filing it, we have learned about DCF and how much quicker and easier it can be. My question is, can we withdraw our I130 that we filed in the USA and file here at our Embassy? If so, how do we go about doing it? Will it effect the legality of our case? How long after it is withdrawn will we need to wait to file here in Saudi Arabia..or do we need to wait at all? If anyone has any advice or has been thru a similar sitiation, I would greatly appreciate your help.

You can withdraw and file at the US consulate where you are if you're eligible (you may want to check their specific website to be sure), but you'll lose the fees you've already paid. USCIS doesn't give refunds.
