Update on Case

Hello All:

Quick question

I have a I-751 pending in which I changed the address on the case via on-line.

Do you guys know if that will show as an update or "touched" on the case once it enters the system.

I was told that it can take up to 45 days to receive the acknowledgment notice from them however I was hoping that I can find out sooner in the event that I do not receive the document.

NOTE: If your US Citizen/Spouse/Sponsor moved with you, then they will need to file I-865 to report Sponsor's change of address.

Typically anytime your pending case gets touched, the date on the case will change.

My case was touched, also INS sent me a notice by regular mail about updating my address.

Don't worry, to make sure just give them a call instead of sitting around thinking about it.
