Good day to everyone,

I had a few questions regarding Mumbai Consulate, I was wondering if I will be able to submit my waiver at the time of my K3 interview ?

If there is a possibility of a 2nd interview, are you allowed to select a date ?

I don't know if this is true, but I have read on Immigrate2US that Mumbai Consulate now handles waivers, if someone can help me in clarify this ?

Am I also looking at a 6 month time frame if I am only submitting the I-601, from what I understand I-212 takes 6 months to process, I was wondering if the same time frame is applicable to the I-601 also ?

immigrate2us is the best site for waiver information. Some consultes require a separate appointment to submit the waiver, others accept it at the visa interview.
