Forms needed for K1 " change of status

Hi VJ,

As far as i searched from internet, i would like to doulbe confirm with your guys about forms need to K1 " change of status"

I 485

I 693 (i was not pregnant in June 2008 by medical exam, but now i am pregnant. What can i do about this form?)

I 765

I 864 (Can i use the copy of original forms showed in July interview? i knew the original is in that seal package in immigration office)

G 325A

Do i need present a copy of our marriage certificate?

For I-693, you can get tested for immunity to what is being vaccinated for,

Example: Varicella = Chicken-Pox, and can be tested for. Same goes for MMR.

As for I-864 you will need to fill out an I-864 however you can recycle the evidence used for the I-134 for K-Visa interview, just add updated things like more recent pay stubs.

A simple photo-copy of marriage cert is required.
