Hello everybody, We had our AOS interview today and it went really smooth, more like conversation between friends, we had following documents(plus copies of EVERYTHING) with us:

2005 Tax returns (We had IRS transcripts for 2002/2003/2004 in case they would ask, but they did not)

Joint bank accounts

Joint credit card statements+actual credit cards

Medical insurance

Auto Insurance

Phone/cable bills

Itineraries from our vacations

Photos from civil ceremony, engagement party, everyday life with friends and alone

Letters from employer for both of us

Paycheck stubs(he did not ask for them)

Questions asked:

general questions such as name, address, DOB, have you been arrested....etc

When did I last enter US

Have I been outside US since

Why I came to US

When and how I met my wife

how long we've been dating before marriage

where did we go for our first date

If we lived together before marriage (yes)

did we have Joint anything before marriage (no)

Officer was very nice, informative and professional. He was smiling all the time. interview process took less than 10 min.

We were outside the building at 9.50am after our 9.15 appt. We waited about 10 min on 2nd floor and about 5 min on 23rd floor.

He told us that I was approved but he was still waiting for FBI Name check :huh:

But hey hopefully GC will be here soon, I'm so proud : :dance::dance::dance:

2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
