Anyone else that was transferred aug 6 that is not approved yet? or is just me that left behind again...I sent my petition on Oct 2007.

everytime u call uscis is so demoralizing. its just the same bs. call back in 60 days..blah blah blah..one said that those who were transferred, cali is following the vermont processing dates..i was like huh?

so what is really the point of the uscis customer service?

oh well.. :crying:

i feel you...I really do, I'm on that spreadsheet and am sorry to hear that not everyone who was transfered have been approved yet...i know MrsRowe was just recently approved after being one of the first to be transfered i believe...If CSC is following VSC processing dates then why bother even transfering the cases...makes no sense...I too have read posts of CSC petitions that were filed in JULY getting their approvals...I even read one post of someone filing their petition in MAY or JUNE with CSC that was complaining that they haven't gotten approved yet and couldn't help thinking of all the VSC petitions that are still waiting from NOV, DEC and even OCT like yours...that kinda rubbed me and a few others the wrong way...some of the replies they got weren't very pleasant...has your case been "touched" at all???
