Hey guys, I am sure its on here somewhere already but if I read one more thing on K1 Visas I think my head is going to explode! :crying:

We just filed our initial paperwork, no cheque cashed yet or anything, was received by them on Monday past. We did provide an email address on the form, my question is will they email NOA notifications before they mail them out, or will they come by mail first? We set up an email address so that we could both check, but I don't want to drive myself crazy in the waiting game. Thanks for all your help!

both of our email addresses were on our forms and nither of us got notification in that method of the noa1, we did use a registared mail service i think, but the first we knew of the noa1 was it arriving in his mailbox.

Not sure what they use the email address we provide for - the only time you'll get an email notification is after you've registered on the USCIS web site - and then, only for future NOA (Notice of Action).

You can register HERE but you'll need your case number to do so (which will be on your NOA1).
