I think the purpose of this thread has gone off track! I think if there are any problems, then please pm the person or take it off topic. Either way you do it, just please don't keep it here. I for one have gotten quite confused by the debating that has gone on back and forth on this thread and I am now about to go bash my head against the wall. Anyone else feel the same?? Second thought...don't answer that. Let's try to get back to the original question posed or whatever it was. Seems like I have forgotten what it was now.

I think you guys need to look up the definition of "sarcastic". Yodrak is a lot of things, I'm sure, but 'sarcastic' is not at the top of my list.

Sarcasm...as defined by websters....A keenly ironical or scornful utterance; contemptuous or taunting language. The use of biting gibes or cutting rebukes.

This is exactly the nature of some of his remarks and answers.

You are correct...it is a self help forum...people come here to help themselves...help themselves through this process...it has been a tremendous help to my wife and I. But people come for answers and support through a very anxious and sometimes confusing time. No one is asking to be spoon fed, just for people to be supportive.... not sarcastic or pompous. And for your information, I've earned my stripes...been through the K-1 process and now the K-3.

oh what silly people you 2 are ................and I might add, Lorelle & Yodrak are both right, you might be surprised to know BUT the person you spoke to from VSC was probably a person answering the "mis-information" line so what they say realy means NOT A LOT!!!

You may be surprised to know that the person I talked to has been a FRIEND of mine for years....not just a person answering the phone...and Yodrak and Lorelle are wrong on this point. They both have a lot of knowledge that is valuable here, but nobody is right all the time...and this time they are wrong.

Just because the person you spoke to is your friend, still does NOT mean your friend knows what they are talking about ...............I still say what ^^those 2 said is right, as i would of had the same answer also

aussie and yodrak are immigration gurus. i bow to their expertise and knowledge. if you don't like them answering your questions and you'd rather go research the site, feel free. such will certainly cut down on the drama you have instigated.

It is taking quite a while right now, at least for texas. I have spoken with someone who sent the I130 out April 24th and havent gotten a thing back yet..
