I filed my n400 90days before 3 yrs anniversary. i read someone post that have to make sure I won't get interview date before 3 yrs anniversary then my case can be denied??? is that true?

You cannot actually take the citizenship oath and get the naturalization certificate until you have completed three full years of continuous residency. They won't schedule the oath that way for you.

It's unlikely they'll schedule the interview before your three year anniversary. If they did, that would mean they'd have to process your N-400 in less than 90 days.

It HAS happened that way for a few lucky people who've posted here. That's not a problem. They go to the interview, take the test, and at the end, the officer says "Congratulations -- you've met all the requirements except the three full years of continuous residency. We'll schedule an oath ceremony for you after you've completed your three full years of residency".

Marina's interview will be 5 days short of her PR 3 year anniversary...I for one would not be a happy camper if they denied her because of when THEY scheduled the interview for!

We definately consider ourselves one of the lucky ones and expect no problems as far as the date of the interview.
