I had my medical in the UK about 18 months ago, so obviously because it's been well over a year I need to get a medical done here in the US. My wife and I want to make sure we're getting what we need with regards to paperwork, so my question is this: Do I get a fully filled out I-693 as a result of the medical? And/Or is there anything else I should get?

I've got a couple of local ones lined up to call, and I just want to make sure we're on the same page when I talk to them. Thanks in advance. :)

Yeah you need the entire I-693 filled out. Shop around as imagine there will be a difference in fees. Be sure they give you a copy of the I-693 they put in the sealed envelope also.

Also make sure they use the current edition of the form (check on USCIS website). It happened to me, and I've seen a number of other posts where the Dr has used an out of date form.

The medical now includes a TB test which has to be read a couple of days later. Be prepared for 2 visits. :star:

Bummer. But, yes, a full medical again.

Make sure you take your shot records with you so they can fill that in.

Good luck to you.
