I was wondering if I can travel to another state if I have expired license, visa and a I-94. This is my 6th friggin month waiting for my work permit and i still haven't got it and I can't renew my license until I have my work permit. You guys think I can still travel with a valid passport though?

Any photo ID will work. If you haven't already you shoul make an Infopass appointment and see what's happening with your EAD since it's passed 90 days.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Once in the united states, you can travel to any other state you want without showing any ID at all, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.
