Yeah pushbrk you are not a we!!! No single person can possibly be that accurate on what's been posted here unless you spend 24/7 here.

Bottomline is USCIS seems to be slack on the peeps meeting the I-130 requirements but still people should submit all the evidence of a bonafide marriage they can come up with.

VERY easy for people to buy life insurance policies or make a will. Also open a joint ITF bank account!

It's silly to argue with Pushbrk. He/She's been here a long time and IMO 10 out of 10 times he/she is right. He is a source of info for "we" newbies in this process and I have found myself continuously seeking his/her advise. Actually I might be his/her VJStalker as I keep seeking out wherever he/she posts because it's always a learning experience.

On Bonafides for marriages, I'm married 3 years and did not need to prove anything, but I did not leave anything to chance. I gave all the six types of bonafides and more. Better safe than sorry.

Right, when you've already been married three years before filing an I-130, one would expect a lot more potential evidence is available than for newlyweds who have never even lived in the same country. Did you live together abroad?

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
