I-130 Support Document Translation?

Hi,

I got my family birth certificates, parents marriage licence, etc...translated in my country Vietnam a few years ago when I was petitioning my own case to go to the USA.

Now it is time for me to file I-130 for my family members still in Vietnam. My questions are:

1) Can I still use these translated documents?

2) Do I must redo the translaton now rather than using the previoulsy translated docs?

3) Can I use Translation Agency in Vietnam to translate these documents or I must use a USA Agency to do the translation?

Please advise. Thanks.

If you are fluent in both languages, you can just translate them yourself. Maybe even copy the original translation and certify that it is a good translation. No need to notarize or pay a translator to do this for you.
