ok, first of all i won't read this entire thread, i think i can answer your question just by reading what you posted in the first page.

Well IMO being a lesbian or bisexual isn't a disease, isn't something to be ashamed of. As for you being afraid big sister and her girlfriends will influence little sister, don't worry about that. Sexual preferences are not like fashion, it's something you're born that way and it's not contagious. As for their brother thinking it's gross, please, he just says that because it's his sister, after all how many men do you know that doesn't get turned on by lesbians or bisexuals or never wanted a 3some because they think 2 women together is hot?

I know i'll probably piss off a lot of people in here with my point of view, but OH WELL!

Anyway, it can also be a phase, or if she's bi she might decide to marry a guy one day instead of being with a woman, after all being gay isn't easy, a lot of people in our society unfortunately are still prejudiced and if it's hard enough for hetero to find their SO, it's even harder for homosexuals to do such, because they are a minority. But i think that's something for her to learn by herself and to make her choice what's gonna make her happier when it comes to her sexual life.

As for you, well if i was a mom i'd support my daughter whatever decision she would make, as long as it was legal and it would make her happy. :)

really wasn't in the mood to read 12 pages, knowing VJ the way i do there were probably lots of off topic comments in it.

Just wanted to give my opinion.

Jelti, did you make a concious choice as to finding men attractive? Just curious

Being attracted to men or women is not a choice. I have been attracted to women. I have been attracted to men. My choice lies in what actions I allow to stem from that attraction.

So you're saying you're bisexual? Awesome!

I fail to see how my sexual preference has anything to do with you. :)

Dead horse smilie, anyone? :P
