Hello fellow VJ,

(First,,.I post this question in a wrong forum so I post it again )

I just want to ask about a touch. Since we receive our NOA1 last May 22, 2008 there is no change of date every time I check our case at USCIS website, So it mean our cases is never been touch,Does it mean our petition is no progress, because most cases here there cases have touch, so you will know that your petition is moving from one desk to another, Just worrying that our cases maybe lost or something, does any one of you had an experience like this during you petition, No touch but got the NOA2..

Any reply would be much Appreciated..

Hi

Firstly have you logged in to the CRIS site USCIS CRIS Login or are you just viewing the detail from the USCIS CRIS Site .

Because if you haven't logged in (you need to register first) you won't see 'touches' just actions.

But secondly many people don't receive a 'touch' while they are going through the process. We have had one 'touch' but it can be directly related to my update of address here in the UK back on May 19. But nothing since. Don't worry too much about 'touches'. Though I have to admit John and I look for them ourselves obsessively.
