First there was a girl singing outside my window. Then were was a group of drunk guys singing "I've got friends in low places" downtown going from bar to bar. Now there is a group of guys fighting with each other and it may attrack the attention of the police.

Oh the joys of having an apartment in downtown college town USA.

last night the crickets were chirping. the deer were out under the apple trees, having dinner.

I will for sure be taking off the 8th and 9th and will be there...maybe ill have a sitter for zaid, he would be kind of a handful!!

Zaid let me sleep til 8am...woohoo its only an hour more but man it felt good..

Why does my thermostat say 69F?? Its freezing in my house!!

Off to get ready for work :(

Last night what I thought was a flu turned into something nasty and the only thing that allowed me to sleep was theraflu, hot tea, and vaporub :(

Today I feel like cr@p and i have a random sharp/throbby pain in my right side under my ribs :blink: I think i'm starting to sound like one of those people that always thinks they are sick when nothing is really wrong with them :wacko: although I'm not imagining the spots on my legs - my husband did confirm those and I at least know what/why those are.....

Helpz :help: me thinks me going crazy :wacko:

I'll be at the Chicago meet in November! (Unless I break down and make a visit to Morocco, but that would be the only reason I wouldn't go to the meetup)

I feel yucky. I'm in pain all over. My joints ache and I dont know if it has to do with the cool weather out or what (yeah, I'm wierd like that - achy joints depending on the weather!) It is pretty chilly in Chicago today. I'm ok with it, but not ok with it when the A/C is on at work.....grrrr...it made me crabby. Especially when I made a comment to one of the maintenanance guys and he said "HEY, I dont want to hear any complaints from you unless you're over 40"...emm..ok, maybe he was trying to be funny, but I wasn't amused. Added to my crabbiness today :angry:

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!
