Hello all,

I'm a US citizen and my wife is a US permanent resident. We just had a baby and I've been trying to get her parents here for 2 months now and no luck getting an appointment at the US embassy in Delhi. When I called them and I told them that my wife is expecting a baby they did not feel this is something that even qualifies for a priority appointment. We have been filling out the application on the US Embassy website as mentioned (see link -> https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/Calend...yLSuXrooDB7Q==). We had no luck with getting an appointment through this website which is supposedly the only we we can apply for her parent's tourist (visitation visa).

Is anyone having similar issues? Does anyone know how we can get the appointment (or if there is another website that we can use to apply for the visa)? Any help will be appreciated. I'm actually getting ready to go to the senator's office if it's really this hard to bring my baby's grandparents here in this country to just visit us.

Thanks.
