SANTORUM: Sarah Palin is the Clarence Thomas for feminists. The civil rights community, the African-American community obviously should have rallied behind Clarence Thomas an his achievement, but they hammered him because he was a conservative. And the civil rights establishment was first and foremost liberal and then for the liberal rights of — as liberals saw it, what blacks should have in this country. And the same thing with the feminist community.

Yeah, I guess when the needle-in-a-haystack pro-slavery African Americans had some power over their own black slaves, anti-slavery whites should have seen how well off blacks really were, but, well.. they just weren't happy for the black man, so, certainly liberal first before congratulating such a great man who saved other black men, turning them into slaves, to give them a better life here in America.

So it's more progressive to chain all blacks to a single ideology now and anybody who escapes from the liberal plantation will be bullwhipped. The Thomas hearings were a joke based on testimony about pubic hairs on a coke can and long dong silver unreported comments from 10 years earlier. The Senate Democrats (Biden too) made fools out of themselves by portraying Thomas as a black man with uncontrollable sexual urges- straight from the racist playbook.

Hah, yeah, those hearings were pretty funny. Still, Clarence Thomas has had very little respect for precedence, being as what conservatives like to whine about, "judicial activism". Why aren't they whining about Thomas? Oh yeah! Because.. HE'S A CONSERVATIVE ACTIVIST. Wonder why no one takes conservative whines of judicial activism seriously? Because they only whine when it doesn't benefit their beliefs. This nation is a progressive one, by the amendments of the Constitution, and understanding of individual rights that resulted in a "liberal" ideology that everyone is created equal, and that no one is subservient to white man. Remember, by "everyone" in the late 18th, that meant everyone who is white. Women still had to do what they're told, blacks still could be beaten and executed if they didn't follow white man's instructions. This, of course, was by in large the prevailing situation. Now, using the most extreme examples of the small handful of fellow black enslaving black people (there's your "self-haters", Aficionado) as an example of blacks not really having such a bad time is to be one stupid son of a b!tch who wants to trivialize what blacks had to go through.
