I HAVE RECIEVED MY WIFES G325A NOW AND AM FILLING MINE OUT TOO. DO I NEED G-325A FOR THE KIDS AS WELL? AND WHEN DO WE SUBMIT THEM?I AM GETTING THE I-130 AND THE G-325A READY AND WILL BE SUBMITTING THEM AS SOON AS I HAVE THIS INFO.

PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP THANKS AND GOD BLESS EACH OF US IN OUR STRIFE FOR LOVE AND HAPPINESS.

The I-130 instructions will tell you whether to provide a G-325a for a step-child. Actually, they just tell you to provide one for a spouse. At some point, you'll need an I-130 for each child. You can file them now or with your AOS filing. If you wait, their AOS will lag behind hers while waiting for the I-130 approvals.

u should file I 130 and G235 of each person u are petitioning..goodluck!

Love is an unexpected thing...and when it arrives grab it with all ur heart....it may pass u jsut once.......

11.20.07 : mailed I130

01.23.08 : NOA1

04.21.08 : mailed I129F

04.22.08 : NOA1

05.14.08 : NOA2 both for I 130 and I 129F

06.26.08 : medical exam 2nd day PASSED!!

07.09.08 : interview day! PASSED! PINK SLIP!

07.15.08 : visa on hand!!!

08.01.08 : POE SFO (home with my papi!)

aww sorry! i thought G325a is required for each person u petition! since its a biographic information of each person u want to come to america..

It's certainly a reasonable assumption but we're dealing with people's lives here, so assumptions can be a very bad thing. There's no harm in sending a G325a for a child unless the harm is the delay caused by obtaining one when it isn't needed.
