I feel stabbed in the heart every time this happens.

Why the hell does someone married 1/2 a year later get done and I'm sitting with no rights no timeline no touches.

Hello Everyone, I just got email that my case is approved at 9/9/08 6:45pm ET, I am happiest person in the whole world, like I told some of you that if I get get approval this week.

For those who is waiting don't give up!!!

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

HOHOHO/Ade345, I think call VSC and also contact you local Senator they will be able to help just tell then that people who have apply after me were approved and my case is till pending and you think they have lost you file because all the other file were transfer and approved. Try this this migh do something for you guys, I will pray when I go to Temple for all the VSC filer who is not approved yet. Don't give up call your senator & Congress person they should be able to help you. Rmusic
