How long to pay the $400?

I have found myself in a awful situation.

I cannot pay the $400 til October 31 due to a commission check issue. I have sent the DS3032, I paid the $70 and sent in the I844EZ. When do I get the bill for $400 and is there a time limit as to when it has to be paid?

it is upto you when you want to pay the $400, and you cannot mail the DS 230 until the $400 fee has been paid and you would not even receive the interview date.

So earlier you pay is better, and earlier you get the interview date
