90 Day Period - I think I'm still good?

Hello,

My wife's conditional green card expires on November 9, 2008. I just realized that counting back 90 days, I am still good? For some reason I just thought three months, which means September 9th. Stupid me. I'm working on the paperwork and plan on sending this week. I should still be within the time frame, right???

As of today you're 61 days out.

The 90-day rule is - "File no sooner than 90-days before expiration" so you're fine.

Mine expires Sept 26th but didn't File until August 28th, as long as you file before the expiration, you're fine

Just dont wait too long cause once the green card expires, and you dont have the NOA, your wife has no status in the USA (aka can't work, etc).
