Hello,

My wife's conditional green card expires on November 9, 2008. I just realized that counting back 90 days, I am still good? For some reason I just thought three months, which means September 9th. Stupid me. I'm working on the paperwork and plan on sending this week. I should still be within the time frame, right???

Thanks!

Hi Motorcity0214 and Everyone,

To calculate your exact timeframe, try using this online calculator tool: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html

Motorcity0214, based on the above calculator, your exact 90 day filing timeline is:

Monday, August 11, 2008- Sunday, November 9, 2008

Hope this helps. Good luck on your immigration journey.
