PR filed I130 for spouse & AOS fee and DS 3032 mailed to NVC

Hi all

I am Permanent resident and I filed petition I 130 for my spouse in sept 2004. I was approved and now I received AOS fee bill and Choice of Agent form DS 3032 which I mailed them last week. I called NVC ph # and it says they received DS 3032 over the automated message. Is that means they havent received my AOS fee pmt.? If anyone have gone through same situation.... I would be very thankful if you share your experience with me.

And it would help me more if I could know further process. ..... like when I need to send I 864 and .... how long it takes normally after AOS fee paid?

Have you called and talked to someone there to see if they received it? sometimes the AVR is slow to update

Thanks a lot for your reply. I tried to talk with them but couldnt reach to the cust. serv. represantatives. I will try to call the again sometime later. BTW do we have to send I 864 with AOS fee bill? of they gonna send me I 864 from after they process my AOS fee?

Its usually easier to talk to someone in the evening. and after they process the AOS fee, since you didn't pay online, they will send you a barcode sheet to send in with the I-864

After sending the AOS bill, it takes between 10-15 working days before you receive the instruction to download the AOS forms. You cannot send the AOS unless you receive the instructions.Doing it will amount to delays in treating your case.Don't worry, the reason why you haven't gotton the reply about it is because the payment is sent to a different office.It takes somedays to cash the money.I'm also in your category but I'd passed through your stage.I'm awaiting my appointment package now.Hope this helps.
