Hi Everyone,

This is a dead end situation! :crying:

My fiance is a permanet lawful resident in USA ,I'm an Italian citizen living in Italy. We wanted to applied for a K-1 Fiance VISA but we can't because he's not a US citizen yet.

I been deprived to use my permission of 90 day(waiver program),long story.......so now I don't have much chooises to go in USA to visit my fiance,the only way it's to get a different VISA ,but I tried before and it's not easy at all.

Anybody can give me some more information or any suggestion?

You can try for a B-2 visa, although that's not super-likely if you're from a VWP country and you've been politely informed that you cannot use the VWP anymore.

Any chance of you both meeting in, say, Canada until he can become naturalized? How long until he's eligible for natz?

I'm sorry that the red tape is getting in your way... is your fiance nearly eligible to apply for citizenship? Your best option would probably be for him to do it ASAP...

He' s just arrived in the States (4 months in May),and you know it's a very little time.

I am sure many people will scream over this comment so please keep the ragging to yourselfs.

Depending on age and your desire to get hitched have him look into the military. I think people are getting citizship pretty quickly this way and if he does it right he could most likely work a deal to end up in a country where you could come. But of course this is a really big step so you would have to consider it very wisely. Please note it does not speed up your visa process for just him being in the military but it could speed up his
