hi guys. i have a question. how many pay stubs do i have to send with AOS package? some say from last 6 months, and james shortcut says last 3 recent pay stubs. please answer me ASAP, because i am going to send my AOS package today. thanks a lot

6 months is what the I-864 says you MAY submit along with a current letter of employment if you believe these will help you. I myself sent in 6 months because it was easy for me to get. Take a look at the checklist that comes along with the I-864.

I sent printouts from my payroll system.

I have direct deposit and printed the pay stubs off the online system as we don't get a hard copy by mail. I printed off all the ones from Dec07 through to the last pay period in 2008 prior to my 864 being sent (Aug 15, 2008). I also included notarized letter from my employer.

When a pay stub shows YTD income, one is sufficient. None are required but I think they are a good idea.
