Hi all,

Sorry I didn't write sooner. They pretty much ignored me. All I got done was the minimum having it put in the computer that I was there and spoke to both an immigration officer and the unit head. Nothing else I can do until the file gets back to the US. On a side note I saw Philip at the embassy. I was going to have lunch with him and his wife but Feng wanted to go back to Nanning. I am back in NY now. Will update you when the letter from USCIS comes.

Well team I am back from China with the wife and son now. We got back last wednesday and it has been very busy around the house getting the family settled in America. We still have much do to here as I lost some paperwork for immigrations in the move. However, I should have that all resolved next week.

So how is the home team doing? Sasha you should be getting close to finishing all things again right? JB what's the latest?/ Mrs Rowe how is life with the new family? I am not sure who all else is around anymore. However, I am going to start being around a little more often soon. It just has been very busy since getting back home after being gone for five weeks.

Still Here waiting for the letter. My congressman is onboard with helping us to resolve this. His immigration caseworker is tracking the file which is either still in China or in transit. Found out that Vermont, even though they are saying they have new plans to reduce their backlog is currently processing evidence from 2004 denials. So if our case doesn't get immediately reaffirmed we are in for a bit of a wait. May consult with a lawyer again to see if we should file again to get her here sooner as long as we respond to the evidence request for the denial. I wish I was in China today is our anniversery. Hopefully I can see her around Christmas.

Well Sasha we re still here for you or at least I am. So have you thought about being checked before the interview to make sure everything is OK. It is great having the wife here now and we ahve been very busy. mny things to do now that she is here. The main thing is to work on her English speaking more. However, family and friends have kept us very busy every weekend since we got back. I don't mind really because now that the wife is home I can spend whatever time I need to getting things done.

I'm still here and still waiting. One year later and still stuck. Our file reached the US last week and was sent to USCIS on Tuesday. Hopefully we will be together around the new year.
