Thanks for the information and we are all praying for each memebr that gets the visa. For us that are doing China have a very long journey and I think when we have done what we have done. They should honr each of us knowing that thereason we have made it this far is because we really love our wifes.

May God see us all through this long journey together. I wish the best for anyone that has to go through this process. JB will have to let us know how it goes. I believe the interview is the 28th. So hopefully we will have some good news very soon. Sasha hang in there and I plan to be around until you are done.

I get to leave for China a week from this Friday I am so excited and nervous about everything. the wife will have to stay until we can get our sons paperwork out of customs and get his interviewed complete. Once that is done the family will finally come home

I think that should be later then mid July.....

I mean what would they say that? How many times have you been there? I am sure she had letters and phone records for them. I am sure you have her on your credit cards also. Can she speak English? I mean I have been thinking about you all day.... What do you think the problem may be. I mean I am getting ready to go there and could use any advise you could give me.

Did she get the white slip or a blue. Because with blue you only have to give them more proof.

White she said. Which means I have to appeal. I was only there once but I submitted letters from me, my mother, and the bank where we have an account together. I wanted to go for the interview but couldn't because of how busy I am at work and I could only afford one trip and didn't want her to have to fly here alone. It might have to do with my divorce from my first wife but need more details. I am waiting for her to get to an internet cafe so I can see the slip. I will also call the embassy after I read the slip. However it looks like I won't be able to do anything until I get notice of the denial. I will still go to visit her soon in hope of giving her a better chance at the next interview.

I just can not understand with everything we do and go through. This journey is very difficult for all of us to go this far and get a denial. I have been to China three times and this is going to be my firth trip to be with my wife. I want to be there to support her during the interview. I mean I am happy we are findly getting the interview. I am so really sorry for you because this will addm ore delays.

They asked her 4 questions:

How many time did your husband come to china? 1 time (gave letter from me explaining why I didn't come more)

How do we speak to each other? Email and talk on internet (we also send txt messages but I don't think she mentioned that)

how did we meet? We met on the internet

What work does you husband do? Works for computer company

She also gave them pictures of us together and the interviewer gave her the white slip with no explaination.

Glad to hear update from you. I could not stay up any later last night. It sounds like when they found out you had only been there once since marrying your wife that that was a trigger. I am no expert at any of this. because the reaming three questions that were ask I would think carry no weight I would think. Like I said I am so sorry to hearof the denial. However, I know you love your wife and that you will continue to support and stand by her. I believe that only God should make a decision about being married to one another.

I am making some phone calls trying to keep the case from being kicked back to USCIS. Maybe can keep it in Guangzhou and get a blue slip and can go to second interview. Otherwise it is going to be a year or more before I can get her here.
