Didn't want this topic to disappear so decided to give it a bump. 3 weeks until the interview and 2 1/2 until she goes to Guangzhou to get the medical. It is going to be a long 2 weeks. :whistle::whistle::whistle:

I was wondering how it was going with you and also with Sasha... It was the longest month of my life looking forward to the interview but it is the most wonderful feeling when it's over!!!

Well I have been done with NVC since 1/23/09. China takes about five months for the interview and I have about two and a half more months. jbhypno knows what I am talking abut and is almost done. I plant to attend the interview with the wife. I am glad it only a couple more months to go. I am happy that you mrs Rowe and Pattu are done and only have to wait.

Geeze, i don't know how you do it, waiting 5 months and be strong. After everything to still have to wait for the interview. Someone told me that it would take about 6 months to get an interview date in Guyana and i was so sad and upset but it didnt' take that long. In fact, i got interview date the next month. Maybe it will be less than six mo nths. Good luck. Keep us posted. I am hanging in with Sasha, so i will be here.

Hi all and good luck Sasha,

My wife is buying her train tickets today for Guangzhou. She is going on the 20th and planning on doing her medical on the 21st. About 3 days to get the results with nothing for her to do except organize her papers. Then the interview on the 28th. I'm not sure if the color of the passing slip is the same everywhere but as they say in China forums heres hoping we all get the PINK!!!!!

You are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you get the PINK!!!! I assume our interview will be in about two more months. So did you get any packet three stuff over there? If so what did you get? I plan to go over for my wifes interview and help her organize everything. She is studying on here English much harder then before and that makes me happy. So how are you holding up?

No they only send out packet 3 now if something is missing from what you sent to NVC. We just got packet 4. Packet 4 just had the interview letter and her medical forms. I am holding up ok. Can't wait for her to get here. I can't go to the interview but will be going in June to fly back with her and see her family again. I'll keep you all updated on how the interview and medical goes.

No update yet just that my wife decided to make 2 trips to Guangzhou to save on the hotel. She is planning on going on the 20th and having her medical on the 21st. She is going to pay extra to get her results in 1 day then go back to Nanning until the 26th. She will then go back to Guangzhou for the interview.
