Mine is finally compete today Too!!!!! Just got off the phone!!!!

WHEW!!! ONE LESS THING TO WORRY ABOUT!!!!

Just have to wait for the JAN Interview Now!!!!

I have to go dance some more!!!!

I'm green with envy! But i'm happy for you WaitingforRakesh. Now I am all alone. They advised my hubby that our case is under final review and to try to call them by the end of the week. I really do hope to be right behind you.

if they say its in final review, then you will be getting good news very very soon. by friday, your case should be complete.

Just got off from the phone with my husband and he informed me that our case is now closed!

Now it's my turn to do the dance!!!

But the operator advised him to call on the 2nd week of December for the schedule of the interview.

Just a matter of a month or two before the whole thing is over!!! If I still have my Santa Claus, I want to wish for a December interview...it's impossible i know but I've been a good girl!!! hehehe.

I am right there with you. However they are telling me that I didn't send in the original marriage certificate, when I sent a certified copy. So it's under supervisor review still. :blink:

Congratulations!!! I have found that the cheapest airfares are the ones that get you here on Christmas morning. Not sure how long the flight is. The Aus tix were so expensive until you got to the flights that get you in on Christmas. It's wort checking. Good luck.

Thanks. I was checking that online and it is cheaper. but I found if I go thru an agent, u get better deal. I got one way ticket from bd to nyc for $825. Online is $963.

Okay, i know it's only been technically 3 days since they recieved our DS230 but i am so anxious.

I have a few questions. They say it was recieved on the 14th but it was actually recieved on the 13th which means they didn't open it until the 14th. How many days does it take for them to actually look at it and how long before you know that you are getting an rfe?

Secondly, if they approve it today for instance ofcourse we won't make this month's scheduling but my question is do they schedule the interviews as they approve the DS230 or will we have to wait until the 2nd week of December to find out? B)

they can approve it today and yes u can get an interview date for dec:)

thr is a good chance that u will!!!!

:blink: Holy Moly! I got a CASE COMPLETE! I forgot to ask what day it was actually completed. I was in shock! :blush: But they told me that all they are waiting on is the appointment to be scheduled! :crying: I am so happy! :dance:

My case was completed yesterday at NVC!!! However, they have told me that my husband won't have an interview date in Nov or December and that I should call back the 3rd week in December to see if he gets a January interview. I'm happy but sad at the same time.
