Hey guys, DS 3032 and Affidavit of Support Fee Bill was mailed yesterday . I am not going to call a million times for IIN, i am going to wait for the bill then do my online payment that way. I am sure, my number will be on the bill. Where is everyone else at? :star:

Mrs Rowe,

I have everything absolutely ready to mail out. I am unsure if I should continue using this lawyer who is worthless. I have been on my case like crazy unlike him. Anyway I called NVC and my case number was assigned yesterday. I will try for IIN but not kill myself. Tomorrow I am supposed to receive by FedEx my husbands PCC, which was all I needed. I wonder if that needs to get translated?

If your husband's interview will be in his home country, there's no need to translate any of the IV Application (DS-30) supporting documents including the PCC.

But make sure you're getting the PCC from the correct source. There have been recent incidents where PCC has come from the wrong source, and the applicant received an RFE.

Good Luck

Hello,

I recieved my case # at NVC on 9/15. Is it Ok to send my DS-3032 via email if I have a case number?

Eavila, have a look at the NVC Guide I created,

http://tinyurl.com/4ohqn3

It will explain when to send DS-3032. Note, after submitting mine (at the appropriate time) I received email notification on the same day....but it's a good idea to send it by mail at the same time....but not a good idea to send anything sooner than you should.

Good Luck

Congrats, newly approved folks.

Me and my old lady done got us approved last week, too. *Signing in.*

 at your updated signature....

Have you tried to get your IIN yet? If you call the automated line you should have your NVC case number(not the same as the IIN). I am getting my tax forms together and employment letter, and nagging G to get his PCC.

I got an email from my lawyer today telling me that I need to send him two money orders. One for $70, and one for $400. I assume that these are for the AOS and IV bill. But get this, they said to make it out to USCIS. I am 99% sure that these need to be made out to U.S. Department of State. Am I crazy?

hey M&S did the NVC get your case yet???

No checked 3 times today by calling the automated voice response system. Did not talk to the reps though, I am completely freaking out now.

Should have gotten it by now, #######? And on top of that someone at work told me that cases could get lost, in such situations you would start the whole process again. This is complete BS.

They keep on telling me that they have 90 days to process the NVC cases and nothing else. Should I call and talk to the operators daily or is that a bad idea, since they may document that in some system and if I piss them off they may delay it even more.

Going insane thinking about what could go wrong. Any thoughts?

Tomorrow, I plan to get a few printouts and start filling all the documents out. That should keep me occupied and patient for a few days.
