Hi to all! So almost everyone approved in September is already done with NVC? Oh no! how about me? anyway, my husband called NVC and they just entered the correction in their system today. When do you think will our case be closed? I am really getting nervous, excited, aaahhhh i feel i'm going to be sick! But congratulations to everyone!!! :thumbs: So who's left with me? :devil:

dont worry, nvc is super fast. you should be getting good news in about 7-10 days.

I am not lucky to get december interview date :(NVC representative told me that they finished scheduling december interview for Mumbai embassy and I am not in. I just have to wait until January. PCC got me. I thought PCC hold me for one week but no it hold me for one month. :(

I will probably in the same boat you are. The NVC will get my husbands orginal punjbi birth certificate on Monday. His interview will be in New Delhi. It is probably the same deal. If it is, I hope it will be in the beginning of January so we can fly back together. I am flying there for X-mas.

At least we should be first in line. :thumbs:

Is there anyone out there that got their interview for DEC in New Delhi? All I am seeing is Mumbai.

My case was completed in October and I didn't get a December interview either. I know the feeling of having to wait. I will be right there with you guys hoping for a January date though I am told I probably will not get that either :(

Yeah... the PCC got me too! Hang in there...looks like several of us will get the interview in Jan.... I wanted Dec, but we will see. At least we are on the last stretch and not just starting!

Thanks for the pep talk, but the waiting will be much longer in my husband's case. The embassy is backed up for 4 months so most likely his interview will not be until February or March. Also, as an Iraqi he has high chances of getting AP after the interview that could easily last 6 months or more before issuing a visa. The other two women with Iraqi husbands/fiances are still waiting and the interviews were in June/July timeframe. It could easily be another year before my husband can come unless I get really lucky somehow.
