it actually was the wrong one he got it from the courts thinking it was the same, he went into the police station today and requested the correct one, they said it will take about 10 days...he is checking to see if it can be done faster.

I did request to speak to a supervisor but they told me to wait 10-15 days!!! So i had my husband go ahead a give the other one shot....

Grrrrr to my husband for getting the wrong one!

Well see what happens will NVC today to see what can be done...

I remember seeing someone on the forum having there case complete without the PCC and being able to take it with them on the interview or am i dreaming???

I received some visa interview information from NVC stating what day the interview is and what documents they have collected from us. The beneficiary receive a copy of this or just the agent?

hey!!! we both are in the same boat! my case is also at nvc. just waiting for it to get approved. and am from pak too so

lets hope it gets doneas soon as possible

Just learned that we got an RFE! But my husband resubmitted the correction also today. I do hope that everything is going to be okay as soon as they received the correction. We are really targeting a December interview. Is this possible at this point? Anyone from September approvals who already has an interview date? I'm really getting impatient which is weird because I have been waiting for this moment for more than 2 years now but with just a day of delay, I'm already going crazy, to think we're almost done!!! This is killing me!!!

Same here, husband had to send the orginal (Punjabi language birth certificate) yesterday from India via FEDEX. SUCKS!

I am in another waiting game now. Interviews in China are scheduled by the embassy in Guangzhou and they don't notify the NVC as to the date. So I've got to wait to hear from them. I couldn't even get a tracking number to confirm when our file reached China. Hopefully they will review the documents quickly and assign the interview date.

Do we really have to wait 10-15 days for the supvr to look over the problem(mine being the PCC)

Man! finally everything gets sent in and the problem is the PCC which takes a while to get GRRRRRR!

My case was completed today! When I called she said that it was completed then she read me a few long paragraphs saying I couldn't get a November interview. Duh! Do you think that I will get a Dec interview. So from what I have read, the interview is assigned at NVC???? When should I call back and check. Wait a few days probably???
