I received an email from NVC - I had written since I had put Govi's caste name on the application even though it does not appear on his birth certificate. They said in order to change his name on record I need to submit a copy of the informational page of his passport. They also said that the choice of agent form(email) was accepted.

I emailed our 3032 on the 7th and mailed it through UPS on the 9th, but still no sign that they have received it yet. I'm getting kind of worried about it. Considering I sent the 3032 by UPS to Attn CMR instead of Attn ACL. The representative told me that that was incorrect but that it wasnt a big deal as they can forward it internally to the right department. I'm thinking I should have her resend it to me so I can send it to them again... From most people's time line the 3032 was accepted pretty quickly.

hey guys,

On the I864 and I864a do i have to list the my household members assets? (contract between sponsor and household member)

my brother is doing it for me, so he makes good money has a wife and daughter that he claims and makes over 70, 000 a year... are his taxes and paystubs enough and employment letters?

I'm so confused
