1) No. u don't need to submit state return.

2) I think it doesn't matter. u can send pay stub or make copy of it. It is not required but u submit to let them see what u make this year. Just for more verfication.

3)If u r sponsoring ur wife, then 21a is 1; 21b is 1; and 21c is 0. Because ur spouse is allready counted in line 21a. u don't count twice. Someone, confirm me on this.

Got to love the holidays!!!

IV bill shows as paid. :dance::dance::dance:

However my account hasn't updated yet because of the holiday so the money still seems to be in my account :blink:

I didn't bring the papers into the city with me so I will be sending everything in tomorrow express mail.

I do have a question for you guys.

I mailed AOS and IV package on Friday the 10th overnight. Now, when i check the status, it says that notice was left at NVC to pick up the package within 5 days. If not, it will be send back to the sender. Do you guys think NVC will pick up my package from the post office? If yes, when do they actually do? If not, what can i do in the meantime???
