I have e-mailed 3032 to NVC. Do i need to send via mail overnight?

Just need to clarify it. Somebody please tell me so i can got to post office during my lunch time.

If you overnight it, it will be in the system quicker. I heard it takes about 10 days for email request to be accepted.

When we were in chat I told him what to put, line by line, he signed and sent it in the enclosed envelope, also sent an email which I wrote and sent to him to send back to NVC from his email address.

I filled the 3032 and e-mailed to my husband. He printed and signed and express delivery to me by DHL. I got it in 4 days.

Hope that helps.

Also, i opened an e-mail account on my husband's name and sent it via e-mail under his name and contact info.

I had him signed and mail me the form few months before we were approved. So, wen the time came, I filled out the form and overnighted it.

I acually emailed the DS3032 myself for my wife who is in Mexico using my own email acount and it went through NVC with no problems.

I don't know if you want to take that risk but I did with no problem.

Well if you have all the forms filled out and ready now there is no problem. Just make sure the paperwork is correct. This gives you a lot of time to review and make correct.

Well, i wont suggest that but make sure if you are gonna do it, match the signature with her passport sign.

They sent out 3032 and AOS bill on Monday. No one there wants to give me the IIN number, should I keep trying them???

it's ok. I created the barcode that referenced in James shortcut...

I printed 3032 form from online and flilled out information. Then, I sent completed form with my brother who was making his trip to India back in August. She signed form and send back with my brother when he returned in sept. After I got approved from USCIS and got case # from NVC, I used James shortcut and printed Barcode with case # in address lable and stick address label on top of completed form.

They sent out 3032 and AOS bill on Monday. No one there wants to give me the IIN number, should I keep trying them???

I sent the 3032 by email, will be sending it by mail this week.

I tried many times but was not able to get IIN. I will wait until I get in mail, which should be Friday or Saturday.

i guess that is the safest way to go..

by the way, barcode generated is smaller than the horizontal box ..box is about 2 size of barcode..is that correct??

Hey team

I called NVC today to find out if they had my file. I spoke to them and give them the information they ask for. They told me they got my information today. The lady on the phone was nice enough to also give me my case number for NVC. Today is my wifes birthday and take that as a blessing from God!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:
