i wasnt able to get the IIN either, called like 16 times. its in the AOS bill though, and you use the same # to pay the IV. it shouldnt set you back too far because by the time i got the AOS bill, my IV still hadnt been invoiced so i really lost no time. a little time with the AOS, but thats its own separate track and was finished before IV anyways so no time lost on the overall.

Well, that's good to know. I haven't got my IV bill yet may be soon. can't wait to get things done but much better than VSC.

Guys, there is no need for anyone to continously call NVC, the numbers are on the AOS Bill. :thumbs:

So, i called in today to see if my I-864 was accepted and the lady said yes, it was fine.

Just FYI to everyone... the "required" 3 years of 1040's and W-2 is subjective - i sent in the I-864EZ with only my 2007 tax info + employer letter + paystubs, and it was fine [as it states in the I-864 documentation] - to be perfectly honest, i think it only matters if you don't make enough to be able to provide support... I guess, anyone with a decent salary should be fine.

[i for one could not find my 2005 W-2's, which is why I decided to wing it with only 2007 paperwork]

Well you can always call the IRS and get your tax transcripts free!!! They will even fax them to you when you call. these are acceptable to use

My 130 is still not recieved at NVC 129F did, its been 11 days. Are there other people who waited this long. I hope there is nothing wrong on USCIS end. Anyone else who got approved around 26th Sep and still waiting?

Don't feel bad because i am stuck waiting on my husband and i am so frustrated cause i am done sending in all my paperwork but my husband is waiting on his passport and then we still have to wait for his Clearance. At this rate, you will be done with NVC, have your interview date and i will still be waiting. :bonk:

Mrs. Rowe, I have bugged my husband since we filed in February. He finally gave me the paperwork right before our IV bill payment. It took him 7 months!!!... but gotta love that guy :luv:

Maybe we will be done around the same time. because after approval at NVC it takes 4 to 5 months from what I k now to get an interview after NVC. So maybe you will run right by me. :whistle::whistle:

They didn't give me an interview date yet. They were unable to get me a November interview date so I have to wait........ but I am sooooooooooo happy the case is complete in 21 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dancing: :joy: :dancing:
