OKAY, ALL APPROVED IN SEPTEMBER!

I keep calling NVC trying to get the IIN and they tell me they don't have it yet because the fee bill hasn't been created or that they can't give it to me until the fee bill is created. I don't know if they truly haven't finished entering the file into the system so it can create the fee bill or what is going on.

They said because the case only got to them on the 24th of September to wait 30 days (yeah right!) for the fee bill to be created. Hopefully they are getting them out sooner than that. I don't have a ds3032 to worry about because I have an attorney. I got a case number from a live rep. The AVR still says no record of application.

Everyone that got approved during the last two weeks of September lets keep in touch and updating this thread so we know when the first one gets the IIN or the fee invoices in the mail and we can all tie up those phone lines like there is no tomorrow. thanks.

By the way, when I call them I blame it on the attorney; I tell them the attorney asked me to call them and get the invoice number for them. It doesn't seem to get the reps upset.

I was wondering about sending the email for choice agent email today even though it hasn't been DS3032 hasn't been generated since it seems to take them about 5 days to get to it anyways. What do you guys think?

I got my case #. But I am going to wait until I find out that DS3032 generated. u can try but it will be risky. If everything works out fine then that's good. By the time they process form and DS3032 generated that's perfect but if not generated, then what? They r not going to hold it and put it in safe place until form generated.

yeah not sure what would happen if it wasn't generated when they go to input the COA. That is the only thing holding me back.

Im also waiitng NVC to generate the ds3032. I think we have to wait and operator wont give me the IIN coz they say that the ds3032 have to be generate first. But like Mrsrowe said, it will be on AOS.

So no really worries buy but i want to get it done quickly at NVC so i can go to india to my hubby. He's been not good to me lately.

I dont know why they are touching my case everyday since approval on last friday. I think Adinath already got his case number he also was approved on friday. Lets kep each other updated on this.

My case number from NVC has not been created.. it appears that they don't have my case yet? I got my NOA2 on 09-29-08. The case was approved on 09-24-08? From looking at everyone elses signature it seems that they should have gotten our case already? Any ideas? Also I have a I-129F still pending at VSC, but I put that in 6 months after my I-130. Wouldn't they just abandon that I-129F and send the I-130 to NVC??? I'm getting worried guys.

do NOT rely on the NVC AVR for obtaining your NVC case # or any other important updates for that matter...call and speak to a live operator, this can be next to impossible during the day, but between 9pm and 11:59 pm EST fairly easy...my case was just completed at NVC 9-30 and the AVR still tells me "NO RECORD FOUND"...it usually takes a week from the actual approval date to the time NVC receives your case

AVR doesn't update properly. Always talk to live operator to check on status.

I just saw ur signature stating the operator told u not to pay IV bill until u receive the paper copy... Did the rep say y wud it delay...... It seems like they complete AOS before they work on the IV package.. atleast i my case.......

khaleda, I called them because I wanted to make sure I didn't mess anything up. I double check, triple check everything. Because that IV Fee was online for me to pay when I paid the I-864 I was wondering if I should just pay it right now. Even though I did not know exactly what it was for. I called, and she said " No, do not pay that yet, it really can screw things up and cause processing delays. Wait until you are sent the bill to pay it".

So , I have not paid it yet. I figure it best to follow their directions as close as I can possibly understand too. The hard part is nothing is every really black and white, I read one thing on the instructions and then read another thing on their website. It's what led me here in the first place.

Things seem to be moving along quite quickly so I don't want to risk any delays.
