was approved on Sep 24 from csc, case is not received at NVC

just one question, when ds3032 (choice of agent) is generated, it can be replied via email..

can i just send email to nvc, i mean open up an email account for my spouce and use that to send???

is that how you guys do it?? let me know thanks

So - seems the email submission of COA is taking about 5 business days for everyone... mine was accepted on 9/26 - IV bill generated and paid too. Crazy how doing everything online speeds this up tremendously :)

Like another poster, just waiting on the docs from the wife now for the DS-230 :)

I received a slightly soggy NOA2 today. I think it will be fine after it dries a bit.

I've been reading up on the NVC process. I have everything pretty clear on the I-864 but what about the 230? What supporting documents do I need to submit with this? Do I the petitioner fill out Part 1 and the beneficiary Part 2? Do we send these in together at the same time? I read somewhere that Part 2 can be taken to the Embassy on the interview date.

DS-230 form part 1&2 needs to be filled out by beneficiary only. Make sure beneficiary don't sign Part 2 cuz that he/she needs to sign it in embassy during interview date.

DS-230 requirments are country specifics so plz go to department of state webiste and look it up. Generally beneficaiary will need to submit following documents:

Birth Certificate

Court and Prison Records

Deportation Documentation

Marriage Certificate

Marriage Termination Documentation

Military Records

Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

Police Certificate(s)

For more country specifice requirement plz visit DOS website and you'll find out all the info regarding DS-230. I hope this helps..let us know if you need mor help.

Okay, my bills said paid on Saturday and the money is out of my account. I can also print document covers. My question is can i just print the cover and send in my I-864 or do i have to wait? I know a lot of people have asked but i am just confirming. It has not been requested as yet. Either way, there is really no big hurry as my husband is now holding us up. :bonk: I am trying to contain my anger at him right now by repeating to myself over and over that i love him and there is light at the end of the tunnel. ;):bonk:
