Okay guys, i got the I-864 bill and a copy of the DS3032 yesterday with instructions to pay online. Didn't need to call NVC a million times to get IIN number, it was on my invoice, yeah. Going to pay my bill online.

Do the instructions to send in the DS3032 say to mail it to the address of NVC contain "Attn: ACL"? I want to mail in my already filled out and signed DS3032 by USPS.

Yes. It says to mail it to:

Hello,

Update, I emailed my DS-3032 yesterday and recieved an out response stating,

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS AUTOMATED NOTIFICATION

Please be advised that, as of April 4th, 2008, our office revised our guidelines for communication between the National Visa Center and the public. We are now required to verify case specific information each time we receive an inquiry.

According to U.S. law, the National Visa Center is only permitted to discuss details of a visa case with authorized representatives and when provided with all of the following information:

There is more to the email but my question is, did I do something wrong? Also the instructions to email DS3032, it states to have benificiary email DS3032 but I emailed it with all the information. Now is that going to be a problem????

Thanks for all the help.

My wife just emailed DS-3032 to NVC and I paid AOS fee ($70) just now. Let's see when it gets updated on NVC.

I think AVR is "Additional Verification Required". What is VRU?

I received my AOS Fee Bill and COA form(I-864) today in the mail. I emailed the embassy in KTM to see if Govi will need to go to his home village for his first PCC or if he only needs to go to the central police station in Kathmandu - there is conflicting information in the Embassy instructions.

Dolma....how r u? How things going at NVC? I just got IIN today, paid AOS fee ($70) online today and my wife emailed DS-3032 today. Where are you on process? keep in touch.

I pasted on the barcode to the mailed one and my wife also emailed it. You should only do it after the DS3032 is generated by the NVC from what I have read.

I am paying the AOS fee today and will tell Govi he needs to email the DS-3032. When we were together last time in Nepal he filled out a copy but I don't know if that is any help - if we can snail mail as little as possible between Nepal and NVC it is best since the postal system is so bad - I wonder if other Nepal filers have had a problem with stuff not getting to their SO from NVC....
