Since you're now at the NVC I think it's best to post your questions in the National Visa Center forum.

You will not hear any updates in the IVR regarding the processing of the AOS bill and the generation of the I-864, so you will have to call the NVC and talk to a live rep to find out if they received your payment.

You can also read pages 10 & 11 of the Time Savers thread there to get an idea of what the process will be like.

Hi Diana,

Thanks alot for your kind help. I was wondering if I call NVC alot they might feel unnecessary call and make the case more delay. I had spoke with them when I had received the letters.

No, it doesn't matter how many times you call. The key to getting through is to call them first thing in the morning at around 7:30 A.M. or late at night at around 11:30 p.m., Eastern time.
