I GOT MY APROVAL LAST WEEK IN MAIL THEN I CALLED NVC AND I HAD ASSIGNED CASE NUMBER BUT I DON'T HAVE IIN ,I SPOKE WITH NVC AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT THAT THEY SEND TO ME PAPRS FRO AGENT AND BILL FOR $70,I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADTU SIGNED FROM MY HUSBAND FORM FOR AGENT AND I DON'T WANT WAIST TIME I WANT MY HUSBAND HIER ASAP,CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME BY JAMES SHORT TELL ME SAME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT THAT NCV GENERATE DS-3032 AND AOS WHAT IS THAT MEAN

Not all agents will give you the invoice number but you should wait until the recorded message says that they have sent the DS-3032. Just keep calling until you get an agent that will give it to you.

Yes you have to wait until the AoS bill is generated before you can sent the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) form. Generally the bill is generated around 1 to 2 weeks after NVC recieve your case so you shouldnt have to wait too long.

Call NVC and ask if they have generated the bill. Once they have you can immediately send the form. You dont have to wait to pay the bill to send the CoA form, it just has to be generated.

To pay the AoS bill you will need the IIN. You may be able to get this over the phone from an operator but this is becoming increasingly difficult. If not you will have to wait for it to arrive in the post, which should be a few days after the bill is generated.
