Yeah, agreed with the above. Even if you just paid online and didn't do any other speeding up things (though getting your wife's forms for her IV packet now will speed it up too) it would be way faster. I don't know why your father doesn't think there is anything else to pay. I guess he will be in for a surprise when he starts seeing bills showing up in the mail.

I told him but he said we'll wait.

Its 70 bucks....... pay it man lol, and make sure your wife emails the DS 3032 as soon as you can, your father has no control over that. Dont get so down that you lose out on the things that you can do, you only need him for the I-864 so you really can do a lot with out him. Also you said you sent in he I-864 for you and him to USCIS right? Did you make copies? If so then you can just create a new form using that information and have it ready for him to sign. I will say this, if I was you, I would be feeling awful about right now, your married life is now in the hands of your father, NVC, and the consulate. I feel for you , just stay focused and do what you can, you can still use a lot fo the shortcuts, the way I see it you shoul donly lose 1 month waiting for that first bill which should open his eyes.

You can still use the shortcuts now or is there a problem with that?

He's the joint sponsor, asked him to get the I-864A form ready for me he wont do it, because we've already sent it with our I-130 he thinks we dont need to re-fill it and he thinks that there are no more other fees that we need to pay, because we paid the I-130 petition fee which was $355.

....

You still have to pay the AOS FEE of $70 and IV bill of $400 in addition to the $355 for the I-130 that you have paid already. Good luck.

In a long run I think the wait will be better for me because I need to work 2 full time jobs and save alot of money.

Next summer we'll have the big wedding back in Kosova...
