i have a problem i dnt have a copy yet a divorce decree of my husband and my interview will be on thursday sept. 11 2008 what can i do? i will resched my interview but the cancellation was sept 8. or i will continue my inter on thursday. pls help me quick

As I said on your friends post!

When ever your interview date is go and do the interview. You'll will probably be put on AR until you get the divorce decree. Can't believe you got this far without a divorce decree. Get a couple as you'll need one at CFO also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

As I said on your friends post!

When ever your interview date is go and do the interview. You'll will probably be put on AR until you get the divorce decree. Can't believe you got this far without a divorce decree. Get a couple as you'll need one at CFO also.

thanks for the replied. even my husband send his copy at NVC they still put me in AR?

Don't understand why hubby would send Divorce decree to NVC for a K3? Are you talking about CR-1? They are separate visas and you will need the divorce decree if it's a K3 interview. As I said you will need the Divorce decree at CFO also.

They are easy to get from the court he was divorced in.
