When ever her interview date is have her go and do the interview. She will probably be put on AR until she gets the divorce decree. Can't believe they got this far without a divorce decree. Have her get a couple as she'll need one at CFO also.

We did the interview in June.

US Embassy asked for copies of my divorce decree during pre screening.

When CFO was done, Divorce decree was also needed.

Why doesn't she just have petionter to fax / email her the needed info, and send originals via DHL.

It's one of the primary requirements at the USEM during the interview but I don't think they will ask it again when her husband already sent a copy with their application at USCIS before she was approved. Her files are all there and they will review it during the interview. In case her husband didn't sent it yet during the application, she can still have her interview and they will ask her to submit it soon but she'll be under "Admin. Review" though.

Yeah, fax or emailing it is fine. But I dont think it needs to be original.
