Hi,

NVC just received my daughter's I-130 and already assigned a case number today (just called to find out).

Now what's next? My daughter is only 4-year-old and will NVC send DS-3032 to her? How can I tell NVC that I am going to be the agent for my daughter? She's too young to send email or sign the form. My wife has a separate case with NVC. Can my wife sends DS-3032 and assign me to be my daughter's agent?

Also, is it the time to call NVC and get IIN for online pay?

My child was 15 months old. When they sent DS-3032 last month, I opened an google email account for him (under his name), sent DS-3032 by email to NVC as if my son was sending it. It was confirmed 12 days later. Their system was designed in a robotic way. The robotic response is a way to deal with it.

In case, you send by post mail, you or your wife can sign for her.

Normally after the AOS fee is generated, you can request for IIN. It's ok you can try to request them now. Remember, you only pay for your wife case. Your daughter will be automatically paid. It will show it on the system. Otherwords, you only pay 70$ for 2 of them. Don't forget to print out the payment receipt (barcode) for 2 of them & submit along with I-864. Good luck

I emailed my daughter's ds-3032 using my email account, since I am her mother, after all. I did put her name and then a notation that i was sending it for her. It does contain all her pertinent details anyway (case number, CIS receipt number, et al). Minors are generally not expected to have their own email address, I would think.
