i'm doing a drug court program and next year i have to remove conditions...is anybody know what happens in this situation? thank you.
Uh, what does one have to do with the other?

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

drug court program is a chance that the judge gives to first timers arrest for drug possession, once you graduated, they drop the charges, but the problem is, i going to renew my greencard before the program ends...

Just follow the instructions on the form and do what it says.

For example:

if it says, "Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?" - I think the correct answer is "yes". I don't see how it could be anything else.

Having answered "yes" to that question, you are directed to "provide a detailed explanation on a separate sheet(s) of paper and refer to "What Initial Evidence Is Required?" to determine what criminal history documentation to include with your petition. Place your name and Alien Registration Number (A#) at the top of each sheet and give the number of the item that refers to your response"

This is all true, even if you completed this little drug court program and the charge was dropped. For purposes of the I-785, whether or not the charge was dropped does not matter. Just read the instructions, do what they say, answer honestly, and you will have properly completed the form as per legal requirements and not put yourself in any conflict with the statement that appears above the signature block on the form, which reads:

I certify, under penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States of America, that this petition and the evidence submitted with it is all true and correct. If conditional residence was based on a marriage, I further certify that the marriage was entered in accordance with the laws of the place where the marriage took place and was not for the purpose of procuring an immigration benefit. I also authorize the release of any information from my records that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services needs to determine eligibility for the benefit sought.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

They're really not going to care much about you being busted for this. However, they will very much care if you lie about being busted. Would be a huge mistake.

Good luck!
