Awaiting NVC response to emailed 3032

I have paid via the on-line option the 3032 bill and my wife has emailed a template form letter to assing me as her and my step-daughter's agent. how long will it take for me to get a response to my payment and how long before we get a response to the emailed 3032??

AOS bill takes about 1-2 days to show as paid online

ds-3032 emailed takes about 10 days to be entered. i've seen some longer, some shorter, so 10 is a good average. you should get an auto-reply though right after you send it.

yes, my wife did get the auto-response and thanks for the response. I have been told my NVC that I can do the 864EZ form...should I wait for a response from them to do that or can I proceed to that? Will those direction be given to me on the website the 2-3 days after I have made my payment or will it come via snail mail?

Just check the NVC online payment site for when it goes to "PAID" and then you can print out the barcode cover sheet. And basically the directions for the form are on the USCIS site, so if I were you, I'd just fill out and get all the documents you need for the I-864 ready (im sure you've looked at it, it breaks down what you need) and when you're able to print that barcode sheet, you can send it off. If the AVR doesn't update when it goes to paid, i'd call an operator just to be sure before sending, just because its possible to send it too early, but the operator will know before the AVR updates.

Cool!!..I have all my docs together already. just waiting for the response. Our NOA2 came through SO quickly we were caught off gaurd and had to adjust. Have any idea why it would get approved in 21 days? I DID send an overwhleming amount of evidence with teh I130 application

The $70 fee....was that for teh I864?

IV bill is $400.

when they accept the DS-3032, you will be able to pay that. Same thing again, after it goes to "PAID" print off the barcode sheet. If you're the agent, have your SO send all the forms to you that the Philippines require and a signed part 1 of the DS-230. can you tell me how you pay aos,did you get IIN number,because I called today nvc they told me that I have to wait that they send to me papers for agent and for bill 70$,I am totaly confues what I have to do I have alreday formds-3032 signe from my husband,can I send to them can you help me

Keep calling untill you get it. I waited till the AVR said they generated my DS-3032 and AOS fee bill, then called after 7pm EST and got it the first try. They didn't ask any why I wanted it, just gave it to me.

Same here...I called and they offered me the case number with no problem.

About a week later I got a snail mail packet with all the instructions on how to pay on line....Be patient, its coming.

Hi Boorai, could you please tell me if that your wife and step-daughter have filed separate I-130? My yound daughter's case has just entered NVC and I am wondering how NVC handles child's case, especially for young child.

Yes, Boorai did filed separate I-130's for both myself and my daughter. He had inquired about certain things concerning my daughter and all he was told was that i would be sent a packet detailing her requirements. I would think that they treat it the same as they would any other case, putting in mind that she is a minor. Anyway, I will just have to wait and see till I get the packet. Otherwise, I have all her necessary documents ready for sending...or at least what I know she would need to send.

You could that. As far as I know, if you have petitioned more than 1 immigrant, paying just 1 AOS bill for one immigrant will cover the others. But go ahead and call. Best to call at night, it seems...you get to talk to a person.

Ya, NVC instruction said that if a USC filling a separate I-864 for spouse and children, only need to pay one AOS fee.

Two more questions:

1) When should I email DS-3032 to NVC, after hearing NVC phone message updated?

2) I read from threads that NVC normally generate AOS bill and DS-3032 together. So should I call NVC to get IIN now so I can pay AOS online?
