hello everybody,,this jenny from phils,,i m now on process of applying aos,,i have a question its just easy but just wanna make sure,,on my biographic info,,do i have to use my family name or use my husbands last name?since i dont have my ssn card yet,we do the oas application first then the rest will follow,and also bout the I-94 do i have to submit an original copy of it or just a photocopy?...also on I-865 sponsors notice of change of adress on part2 information on sponsored immigrant,do he has to wrote my family name or his last name since were already married,that things confuses me,,i really dont want to mess up with the immigration paper,,..any answer would really appreciated,,thanks and god bless all,

Whatever you want to use is what you put in your AOS application. Like myself, I wanted to use my married name so that's what I put on my AOS application. SUbmit copies of important documents, its better to keep originals to yourself so in case "they lost it" you can just photocopy yours and resend it. Good luck

July 21, 2008---(ORIGINAL) NOA1 for AOS & EAD

July 29, 2008---"WALK-IN" BIOMETRICS DONE (AOS & EAD-1)

Oct 14, 2008---EAD1 CARD ARRIVES! Approval date is Oct. 2, 2008

Dec 10, 2008---INTERVIEW DAY! APPROVED!!!

Dec 17, 2008---WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Sept 10,2010---REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

CITIZENSHIP

Sept 10,2011---Application for citizenship

Use your current legal name. Name change is not required with marriage. Did yours change?
