I need some ideas-support for my Interview

I`d like to know what do you think of this :

At 1st they did set my interview on October 7th, 2008 at 7:30 AM , I asked the U.S Embassy to postpone it for me until 27th Oct . because there is some paperworks that i have to do and my fiancee have to do the Evidence support paper (sponsor paper) which is it important i guess , she could do it After 3th Oct . But i might have the papers that i suppose to do it done before the interview Time.

the embassy told me that they cannot accommodate my request for scheduling in October. so they will scheduling for the month of November. i sent them E mail and told them that the expire of my NOA2 till 17th November , so they sent me mail back saying that my interview on 7th October .

so what i suppose to do now ? should i go to my interview on 7th Oct ? or i have to E mail them again ?

and what If i fail in my first interview because there is lost papers ? they will refuse me or they will give me new Date for the next interview and telling me what the lost papers ?

I`m so confused now . so i need to know what do you think , and want to hear some good advices from you guys

I don't know what "Kool" means. If she hasn't given you the papers for your evidence of support you might have problems. Furthermore, when you're at the embassy a Consulate Officer has the power to ask for other papers from you that might be relevant to the case - they can pull some random thing out of their azz - if you don't have them they can deny you.

Also, are you sure that she hasn't contacted USCIS and the Embassy to tell them that your relationship is over and that she is pulling the petition - if that is the case, they won't try to schedule an interview - or they might tell you at the window once you've paid your $131 to speak to a CO.

One other thing Odai - even if you get a visa and come to the US - you would have to get married within 90 days of being here to remain - no marriage - no remaining in US.

I don't know what "Kool" means. If she hasn't given you the papers for your evidence of support you might have problems. Well , i think all the papers will be ready before the interview time except the evidence of support . and she told me that she didn't call/contact the embassy and USCIS . the Embassy did contact me Today and told me that my interview on 7th Oct . after i mentioned to them that NOA2 expires on 17th Nov .

and she told me that i am able to stay 6 months in Jordan after i get the visa stamped . which is that very very Good !

you said i might have problem if i don't have the evidence of support paper , Does that means they might Deny our papers and we have to do new papers ? Ugh*

If you are missing some documents at the interview the CO will probably give you a 221g for missing information and schedule a time for you to bring the papers to the consulate. You will still be interviewed on Oct 7, but the decision would be pending receipt of whatever papers you are missing.

If i miss paper . that would be the Evidence of support paper , which that i will get it After my Interview ( 7th Oct) , I hope that would be ok with them to schedule a time for me to bring it later . and not Deny our process .

Why would anyone question whether the OP's petitioner is aware? I think that is taking the matter too far.

Perhaps, as an added help, you could take some sort of notice that the documents are on their way to the interview. This way, it will appear that their arrival is imminent and perhaps the CO will schedule a return within a matter of a few days.

Seriously guys. He's talked to the embassy, been given a date to expect the Afidavit of support. I think they are "kool"

Boundries anyone? Perhaps the couple knows more about their relationship status than us, you think?

I think someone suggested to bring something showing that the docs are on their way.. good suggestion

I guess u can just go to your interview date without the AOS...the CO then will just put you on Administrative Review while waiting for the missing document. what is important is you show up to the embassy on the 7th of October. g00dluck!

You say she cannot do the affidavit until the 3rd. Your interview is on the 7th. Maybe she could overnight it to you?
